The <a href=\"https:\/\/arstechnica.com\/information-technology\/2023\/11\/chatgpt-was-the-spark-that-lit-the-fire-under-generative-ai-one-year-ago-today\/\">ChatGPT<\/a> creator plans to send its chip designs to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.
