This is known as the left shoulder. Next the price rises again this time creating a higher peak\u2014this becomes the head. After that  it drops back down near the previous pullback zone. Finally  the price attempts one more move up but this time it forms a lower high\u2014and that\u2019s your right shoulder.<br \/>\nThe neckline is drawn by connecting the two pullback points. A breakdown below this neckline is your entry signal.
