structure is shifting and where real opportunities could set up next.<\/p>\n<p>DXY (US Dollar Index) Outlook<\/p>\n<p>The DXY saw a sharp selloff last week, and structure has clearly shifted.<br \/>\nWe had early warning signs through acceptance below the distribution channel, followed by a confirmed change of character on the 4-hour and daily timeframes.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, sellers remain in control.<br \/>\nThis entire move higher looks more like a retrace within a larger bearish leg rather than the start of a new bullish trend.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m watching the area around 97 closely.<br \/>\nThere\u2019s a clear imbalance and displacement from this region on the higher timeframes, and markets tend to revisit these areas.<\/p>\n<p>That said, I\u2019m not expecting an immediate bounce.<br \/>\nIf demand forms, I want to see a proper low-timeframe base and confirmation before treating it as anything more than a short-term reaction.<\/p>\n<p>EURUSD Outlook<\/p>\n<p>EURUSD responded exactly how you\u2019d expect with dollar weakness, posting a strong bullish expansion late last week.<br \/>\nJust like the DXY, the euro gave early clues through a clean distribution channel and acceptance above prior highs before structure officially shifted.<\/p>\n<p>This was an early signal that buyers were stepping in before the higher-timeframe change of character confirmed it.<br \/>\nThat behavior change is key.<\/p>\n<p>On the lower timeframes, we also saw textbook liquidity sweep reversals.<br \/>\nStops built above highs, liquidity was taken, acceptance followed, and price moved cleanly back into imbalance.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, I\u2019m watching the upper daily wick area around 1.1880.<br \/>\nThere\u2019s a clear fair value gap and unfilled region that price never revisited, which makes it a natural magnet.<\/p>\n<p>That area could act as both a target and a potential reversal zone depending on how price reacts when it gets there.<\/p>\n<p>GBPUSD Outlook<\/p>\n<p>GBPUSD had a monster move to end the week, with buyers firmly in control.<br \/>\nWe previously saw a clean bearish setup play out with a liquidity sweep, acceptance below structure, and a retrace into imbalance that offered a high-quality short.<\/p>\n<p>That move completed, structure flipped again.<br \/>\nWe now have a confirmed break of structure to the upside, and price has moved aggressively without much of a pullback.<\/p>\n<p>Because of that, the pound is stretched.<br \/>\nI\u2019m watching the 136.90\u2013137.00 area closely, which lines up with the 50% of the daily wick and a 15-minute fair value gap that was never filled.<\/p>\n<p>From here, there are two scenarios I\u2019m focused on.<br \/>\nEither we pull back first into lower-timeframe imbalances and then push higher, or we push straight into that upper zone and look for a reaction.<\/p>\n<p>The presence or absence of a pullback will dictate whether I\u2019m looking for longs or standing aside.<\/p>\n<p>XAUUSD (Gold) Outlook<\/p>\n<p>Gold continues to trend higher with little resistance.<br \/>\nThis is classic bullish behavior, similar to what we\u2019ve seen during previous strong expansions.<\/p>\n<p>Shorts are off the table for me.<br \/>\nThis is a buy-the-pullback environment only.<\/p>\n<p>One thing to be aware of is the psychological level near 5,000.<br \/>\nBig round numbers matter, and we could see short-term reactions or profit-taking near that level.<\/p>\n<p>Unless something significant changes, I\u2019m simply waiting for a retrace and a lower-timeframe
