They keep jumping from one strategy to another till they blow capital again and again.<br \/>\nAt last, they realise that all indicators work sometimes but not every time.<br \/>\nSo, please learn following price action rules and you will learn the language of chart.<br \/>\nTrendline Rule -Counter trend trading while trendline is in play is against the rules.<br \/>\nAfter break of trendline, new extreme usually forms.<br \/>\nWhen price breaks the trendline, do not counter trend trade just yet.<br \/>\nExpect continuation of the previous trend.<br \/>\nAfter new extreme is formed, we usually see correction phase or major trend reversal.<\/p>\n<p>Trendline Break -Even after trendline breaks, if it has been in effect for a couple of hours or more, the chances are high that the trend extreme will get tested after a pullback.<br \/>\nThe test can be followed by the trend continuing, the trend reversing, or the market entering a trading range.<br \/>\nThe single most important point about a trendline break is the first sign that the market is no longer being controlled by just one side (buyers or sellers) and the chances of further two sided trading is now much greater.<\/p>\n<p>Dn&#8217;t Counter Trend -Traders think the market has to reverse any moment<br \/>\nTraders think the market is done and cannot go any further<br \/>\nBeginner traders tend to pick tops and bottoms<br \/>\nFollow the trend<br \/>\nDraw parallel channel to identify the market structure\/ trend<br \/>\nGo only long in Bull channel and short in Bear channel. Don\u2019t counter trend.<br \/>\nBest trades come in the direction of the trend<br \/>\nAvoid sideways or choppy market.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;3 Trading range rule&#8221;<br \/>\nMost Breakouts fail<br \/>\nBuy low, sell high<br \/>\nDon\u2019t trade congestions<br \/>\nIdentify \u201cHealth\u201d of a trading range which can be bullish or bearish<br \/>\nMost Breakouts are in the direction of prevailing trend.<br \/>\nLonger time the market is in range, greater will be the BO (BREAKOUT) move when it finally occurs.<br \/>\nEven if there is Breakout, best is to wait for pullback (BOPB) and retest of the breakout level to join Breakout.<\/p>\n<p>KEP = Key entry point<br \/>\nThere are 3 KEPs<br \/>\n1 &#8211;  21 EMA &#8211; it acts as dynamic support and resistance. On 5 minute Nifty Chart, it plays crucial role.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Support when in bull trend and  Resistance when in bear trend<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Trendline &#8211; drawn by joining at least 3 swing points. In Bull channel, it acts as support  amd in Bear channel, it acts as resistance<\/p>\n<p>What is second entry?Before attempting to describe a<br \/>\nsecond entry, I will discuss some of the theory behind why<br \/>\nthey tend to work so well. If you have been trading for any<br \/>\nlength of time, then you are probably already aware of the<br \/>\nfact that the market tends to move in pairs. In other words,<br \/>\nprices will make one leg, then have a pull back, and<br \/>\nnormally make a second leg that is somewhat equal in<br \/>\nlength as the first leg.<br \/>\nThese moves in \u201ctwo\u2019s\u201d happen over and over all day long<br \/>\nand on different time levels. If you need proof, just go<br \/>\nstudy a few charts in depth, and I think you will then agree<br \/>\nwith me that the market does indeed move in two\u2019s over<br \/>\nand over. Now that you know and understand that this is a<br \/>\nnatural part of any price movement in the markets, the next<br \/>\nthing you should understand is that whenever the market<br \/>\ntries to do something twice and then fails, it is likely to<br \/>\nsucceed in moving much further in the other direction.<br \/>\nThis is what makes second entry opportunities work so well<br \/>\nin my opinion.<\/p>\n<p>HPS = High probability SetupsHPS at KEP<br \/>\nWhen in Bull Trend &#8211;<br \/>\n2EL at KEP<br \/>\nF2ES at KEP<br \/>\nHigher low acts as confirmation setup when 2EL is weak signal bar<br \/>\nWhen in Bear Trend &#8211;<br \/>\n2ES at KEP<br \/>\nF2EL at KEP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOW TO TRADE USING PRICE ACTION?
