It fails you when the account slides too far below its best. This is the strategy built around that one fact.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE SETUP \u2014 where the control is<br \/>\nOpen TradingView. Click INDICATORS at the top of the chart, type VWAP and add the built-in one. VWAP is the average price everyone paid today, weighted by how much traded at each price.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE TIMEFRAME<br \/>\nThe 5 minute chart. It is a US session index strategy \u2014 the one in this video is the Nasdaq 100.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE RULES \u2014 all three, at the same time, to go long<br \/>\n1. Price is ABOVE the VWAP line.<br \/>\n2. The VWAP is RISING over the past 15 minutes.<br \/>\n3. The market is UP at least 0.1% over the past 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Shorts are the same three flipped: price below the line, VWAP falling, down at least 0.1%.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE TRIGGER<br \/>\nOnce all three hold, wait for price to drift back TOWARDS the line, and take the first RED candle heading back. The entry is the OPEN of the next bar, after that candle has closed. Never the candle itself \u2014 a bar can look like a pullback the whole way through and close somewhere else.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE EXITS, AND THEY ARE BACKWARDS ON PURPOSE<br \/>\nLong: stop 80 points, target 40 points. Short: stop 80 points, target 50 points. You are risking more than you are trying to make, and that is the entire idea. A small target gets hit far more often, a high hit rate keeps the account line creeping instead of lurching, and a smooth line is what a funded account&#8217;s trailing drawdown rule does not punish.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE FIVE GUARDRAILS \u2014 these matter as much as the entry<br \/>\nOne position at a time. Maximum 4 trades a day. Maximum 2 losses a day, then stop for the day. No new trade after 3: 30pm New York. Everything closed at 3: 55pm New York.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd THE ONE ON SCREEN<br \/>\nNasdaq 100, 5 minute, 26 August 2026. VWAP at the trigger 29156.38, rising 0.67 over the previous 15 minutes. The hour before was up 0.22% against a rule of 0.1%. The trigger is the 16: 35 candle, red, its low at 29157.85 \u2014 1.47 points above the line. Entry 29187.10 at 09: 40 New York, stop 29107.10, target 29227.10.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc THE HONEST BIT. The 49.8% and 93.6% figures in this video are NOT ours and are not a promise.
