This is video 1 of the series.<\/p>\n<p>Build a real AI agent in seven simple steps, in about forty lines of Python, on the Gemini API free tier, so you need no card. You do not need to be a programmer: if you can type what you see on screen, you can build this. We start from nothing: a folder, a free editor and its terminal. The free tier limits requests per minute and per day (on my account: 5 a minute and 20 a day for this model; one agent run uses 2 to 4). When the day&#8217;s requests are used up the program may sit silent with no error: after five minutes press Ctrl + C and come back tomorrow. Your own limits are in Google AI Studio under Rate Limit.
