In this video, I show you how I connected OpenAI’s Codex CLI directly
to TradingView and used it as an AI coding agent to build trading
strategies, add indicators, and draw support/resistance levels —
all through simple prompts.

This is Part 1 of a 2-part series. In this video, I cover the
installation and the TradingView connection. In Part 2, we’ll go
deeper — building real-time strategies, running live bots 24/7,
and connecting everything to a broker for actual execution.

🔧 What’s Codex CLI?
Codex is OpenAI’s coding agent — think of it as the OpenAI version
of Claude Code. It runs inside your VS Code terminal and can write,
edit, and execute code for you using natural language prompts.
