For the first part of the day, before the American session takes over, the Dow moves inside a limited band. I mark that band’s high and low, draw a box around it, and then stop guessing. When price closes outside the box, that’s the direction and that’s the trade.

In this video I walk through every rule with nothing left out:
• The session range window and how to set it to your own hours
• Entry at the range level itself — not at the candle close
• Stop loss at the opposite side of the box
• A fixed take profit you control
• Why a candle that hits both the stop and the target counts as a LOSS
