In Episode 5 of this Python tutorial series, we bring everything together. You’ve installed Python, added it to PATH, explored the interpreter and shell, and set up VS Code. Now it’s time to actually write and run your first program.

We’ll create a new .py file, write a simple print() statement, run it in the VS Code terminal, and understand exactly what happens behind the scenes. Then we’ll build on it with variables, user input, and simple output formatting.

By the end of this episode, you’ll have written and executed real Python code — and you’ll know how to create, save, run, and debug Python files in VS Code like a professional.
