In this video, we’ll talk about the Bread & Butter Strategy, where we use the RSI (Relative Strength Index) to identify potential trading setups.
The main focus of this strategy is RSI Divergence when the Price and RSI are not moving in the same direction.
When the RSI is below 30 or above 70 and you notice a divergence between Price and RSI, you don’t need to enter immediately. Instead, wait for a High or Low Break to confirm the setup and then plan your entry.
