You hate taking a loss. But what happens if you never take one?
This is the Zone Recovery Hedging strategy, broken down step by step on TradingView and MetaTrader 5. Instead of taking a loss when price moves against your entry, the system places a calculated opposite hedge inside a fixed channel.
📊 THE SETUP (EURUSD 1-Hour Chart):
1. Pick the 1-hour chart on your platform.
2. Initial Trade: Click Buy 1.0 Lot with a 60-pip profit target.
3. The Zone: Instead of setting a stop loss, mark a 20-pip channel directly under your entry price.
📌 THE RECOVERY MATH:
• Turn 1: If price drops 20 pips to the bottom of the box, open Sell 1.4 lots with a 60-pip target lower.
• Breakout Down: If price continues falling, the Sell gains 84 pips (1.4 × 60) while the Buy loses 80 pips (1.0 × 80). You cash out 4 pips net profit.
• Breakout Up: If price reverses back to the top of the box, Buy another 1.0 lot. On an upward breakout, both Buys make 120 pips while the Sell loses 112 pips. You cash out 8 pips ahead.
⚠️ THE FATAL TRAP:
Every clean breakout wins. But if price chops sideways inside the 20-pip box, lot sizes multiply (1.0 → 1.4 → 1.9 → 2.5 → 3.3) and margin explodes, blowing the account. That is why retail robots fail.
