Why there is so much hype related to UT bot alert indicator that i have received numerous requested from my subscribers to backtest it, so lets fulfil my subscribers request and backtest a UT Alert Bot indicator based strategy for 1 year using algo to see whether this UT alert bot indicator crypto Strategy is really powerful or just a noise.
For this crypto intraday strategy, we have to go to bitcoin chart, put UT alert bot indicator and MA sabres indicator on the chart with the settings mentioned in the video. The blue line is for bullish trend, red line for bearish trend and grey line for moving average. When the blue line is made on the chart, and price is above it, and then ut bot alert indicator gives BUY signal, then the candle on which BUY signal comes, the close of that candle will be our entry point, stoploss at swing low, and traget is not fixed, we will trail the profits until the price is above the moving average grey line.
I have backtested this UT bot alert based crypto intraday trading strategy for 1 year using python code by creating an algo for this strategy and historical data for backtest was taken from delta exchange API.
This crypto intraday trading strategy has given an annual return of 58%, 1 lakh was my initial capital, winning trades were 52% and maximum drawdown was 11%.
