This is the second lecture in a Python for Beginners course designed to help students learn python for the school or job.

In this video, we give an introduction to the Python programming language. Learners are given an overview of the history of python, how the intrepreter works. A few key packages like numpy, scipy and more are brought up. The structure of a typical python program is explained in detail. Finally students use Google Colab to write their first line of python code.
